chocolate muffins with peanut butter frosting.

Recipe:
125 ml milk
125 g dark chocolate
325 g sugar
2 eggs
1 package cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
500 g flour
125 g sugar

milk and chocolate together bring to the boil and then mix everything.

Frosting: 100g butter


250 g peanut butter 500 g icing sugar

milk as needed.

Rainbow Muffins

following recipe I used (Makes about 24 muffins, for me at least):


5 egg yolks 250 g sugar 1 pack vanilla sugar

½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavor
125 ml of water, hot oil 250 ml

375 g flour 1 packet

beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy
, add vanilla sugar, water and flavor and a little more beat:
baking powder 5 egg whites
food coloring

preparation. Then slowly pour the oil to flow, stirring constantly.

the flour, baking powder and stir in portions. The protein beat until stiff and carefully fold into the batter. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and mix in the colors.

oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Pour the mixture tablespoons way into the middle of the individual cups. For example, a tablespoon of red, about a tablespoon of yellow, then green, etc. The batter runs thus forming beautiful patterns.

bake about 30 minutes.

I have the muffins or coated with colored icing and decorated. Unfortunately, I have no photos of the colorful inner life, but the surprise was great with the testers, as candyshop dough appeared.
