one of my favorite recipes
ingredients for 10 large or 12 small muffins:
Preparation:
first Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips mix. (I still give a decent shot add sparkling water that makes the muffins not so dry but pretty fluffy.)
second The oil and beaten eggs until fluffy and stir everything to be good. The dough should be dry and crumbly.
third Finally, the 2 bananas into chunks give the batter and stir. The dough should now viscous be.
4th Off to the baking pan with it and for 20 minutes in the 200 ° C furnace.
5th In the time where the muffins to cool, heat the chocolate over boiling water.
6th When the muffins are done, brush with the liquid chocolate. Bon Apetit.
