Chocolate Peanut Butter Oreo Cupcakes



The recipe (USA) is actually vegan (so soy milk) and not with Peanut Butter Oreos The give it though. in Germany, and unfortunately the regular Oreos vegan neither. I have the recipe needs a little modified ...



1 cup soy milk (chocolate, preferably!)
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
3 / 4 cup caster sugar
1 / 3 cup canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
(can be omitted)
1 Tasse Mehl
1/3 Tasse Kakao Pulver (am besten ungesüßt)
3/4 TL Natron
1/2 TL Backpulver
1/4 TL Salz
8 Oreos gehackt/zerbröselt

1. Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen und Muffin Formen gut einfetten.
2. Soja Milch und Apfelweinessig in einer großen Schüssel verrühren und ein paar Minuten ruhen lassen. Zucker, Rapsöl und Vanille Aroma hinzugeben und schaumig schlagen. In einer seperaten Schüssel Mehl, Kakao Pulver, Natron, Backpulver und Salz sieben, vermengen und nach und nach zur schaumigen Masse hinzugeben. Zum Schluss die Oreo Kekse untermengen.
3. Teig in die Muffin Förmchen geben und ca. 18-20 Minuten backen, anschließend rausnehmen and let cool.





Peanut Butter Cream Frosting

1 / 2 cup soft margarine / vegetable shortening
unsweetened 1 / 4 cup cocoa (sifted)
2 1 / 2 cups (preferably chocolate!) Icing sugar
5 tablespoons soy milk
1 tsp
2 teaspoon vanilla peanut butter Oreos
chopped 2 / crumbles

margarine / shortening and cocoa mix well and connect with soy milk sugar stir in gradually. If the mass verührt good, vanilla and peanut butter. beat with an electric mixer about 3 minutes now all creamy. Finally, the Oreo cookies (chopped) subsets. Now with a teaspoon of the cream on the cupcakes distribute and decorate each with half a Oreo cookie ...

PS: sorry that there are more cups as a unit. The recipes I have from America - as we use cups very much -.-
